Legends in the Making brings together three legendary Louisvillians to discuss their own extraordinary lives and working toward our own legendary achievements. The panel discussion will be followed by the announcement of the 2019 Homecoming Court and a meet-and-greet reception in the Cardinal Lounge. Food and beverages will be served. The event is free and open to the public.
Louisville Legends:
Tori Murden McClure
President of Spalding College, Adventurer, Minister, Lawyer, Author, and the first American and first woman to row solo across the Atlantic
Sadiqa Reynolds
President and CEO of the Louisville Urban League, Former Lawyer and Judge, and first African-American woman to clerk for the Kentucky Supreme Court
Brian Buford
Founder of U of L’s LGBTQ Resource Center, Renowned University of Louisville Instructor and Administrator, and one of a select group to completely hike the Appalachian Trail

Member of the Kentucky Journalism Hall of Fame, will lead a panel discussion with these three Louisville Legends
